Fionn is a long term Central Australian resident, with over 15 years experience in senior roles across all levels of Government, non-government, not-for-profit and private sectors. Fionn has a high level of intuition, internal and external stakeholder management skills, as well as the detailed focus required for negotiation, planning and implementation.
As a consultant she has led organisational reviews, informing improvements to strategic, human resource management, operational, program and associated systems improvements. She has guided organisations through complex technical tender writing exercises, grant writing, strategic planning, project planning, implementation plans and workforce development strategies.
As General Manager Indigenous Engagement with Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia she worked in partnership with Indigenous communities and stakeholder groups, designing and implementing multiple programs and projects to create economic, training and employment outcomes for Aboriginal people linked to commercial enterprise and cultural tourism.
In senior roles in the Commonwealth Government she facilitated large scale infrastructure project models, designing project delivery and governance models where Aboriginal organisations were project owners, whilst scaffolding capacity building and risk management models within each project. Fionn was also responsible for compliance, risk management and complex investigations into funded organisations delivering Commonwealth programs and services. Fionn has also worked in Native Title reform, including managing the Victorian Government’s Land Use Activity Agreement Implementation Project, as part of the Victorian Traditional Owner Settlement Act 2010 legislation reform project.
